The Engineering function at the main Mossfield Road site plays a vital role in keeping us ahead of competition by the realisation of customers’ aspirations into working designs. We now have a requirement for an additional engineer to join this busy team. Duties will include converting sales concepts into working drawings and Bills of Materials, defining manufacturing procedures to facilitate build and developing new products.

The ideal candidate will be a local qualified and experienced 3D (SolidWorks) CAD engineer with a good working knowledge of engineering medium/large mechanical fabrications and having the stature to quickly become a key member of the department. A confident communication style is needed as extensive liaison with customers, suppliers and other departments takes place. We offer a good working environment and excellent career prospects.

A professional working Supervisor is needed to help optimise throughput and quality within the vehicle electrical fitting process.

We are interested in talking to individuals with a hands-on approach who can demonstrate substantial exposure to managing electrical fitters within an automotive or engineering environment.  Technically competent and well versed in modern supervisory techniques they will be self-motivated and posess the ability to strategically plan their resources to meet output and quality targets within a pressurised environment.  Exposure to commercial vehicle technology will be a distinct advantage.

Applicants should be accomplised man managers, able to motivate and optimise departmental labout resource.
