Warranty Procedure
In all instances, DON-BUR should be the first point of contact for any warranty issue(s).
For your convenience and to enable us to manage your query as efficiently as possible, it is recommeded that you obtain the following information before contacting us.
1) Vehicle/Trailer Chassis Number (Vehicle Registration number is not suitable)
2) Accurate detail of fault
3) Location
4) Manufacture date and fleet number (if available)
On contacting us, you may be required to issue an order number, pending the nature of the claim.
